Jazz On The Green: The Mike Phillips’ Los Cabos Cup 2021

Life Luxe Jazz, the ultimate live music experience, meets the ultimate golf experience in beautiful Los Cabos, Mexico.

Saxophonist Mike Phillips has partnered with Life Luxe Jazz Festival to present the 1st Annual Mike Phillips’ Los Cabos Cup 2021 “Jazz on The Green,” a celebration of golf, music, food & friends. The jazz-inspired golf event is set to tee off on November 5, 2021, during the five-day Jazz Festival, November 4-8, in Los Cabos, Mexico’s golf and beach vacation paradise.

Mike Phillips is a world-renowned saxophonist known as one of the most electrifying instrumentalists today. Mike is the first musician signed by Michael Jordan to the Nike Jordan Brand, home of the Air Jordan, and is the only musician in the world to have recorded and toured with the legendary “Big Three” of American soul and pop music: Michael Jackson, Prince, and Stevie Wonder.

A premier luxury cultural experience with phenomenal jazz music as the focal point, Life Luxe Jazz is designed to bring together people with common interests in music, culture, golf, and exceptional cuisine to build bridges across borders. Attendees will enjoy accommodations at the several nearby Los Cabos Hotels, including the Vidanta, Cabo Azul, Barcelo, and Viceroy, where guests are immersed in a world of luxury and relaxation unlike anything ever imagined.

The arresting ringed tunnel entrance announces a different approach to a beach vacation, one that’s on the forefront of dining, entertainment, and architecture trends. Guests will have access to sailing and snorkeling, golfing at world-class courses, shopping, lunch in San Jose, a sunset cruise, and much more.

Among the artists performing during the five-day event are Mark Curry the host, Raheem DeVaughn, Naturally 7, Leela James, Eric Roberson, Avery Sunshine, Con Funk Shun, Mike Phillips, Hiroshima, Maysa, West Byrd, Jeff Lorber, Bishop Marvin Sapp, Daline Jones & Diego Ramirez, Karen Brigg, and Rick Parma.

Guests will be treated to a welcome reception hosted by the Los Cabos Government, where they will mingle with fellow attendees while enjoying local cuisine and libations. There’s also the famous San Jose Artist walk, local musical performances, and an exhilarating performance by Jazz sensation Rick Parma. After the nightly jazz performances, the evening will continue with an exclusive dance party in the oceanfront pool area. And there will be a sunset jazz cruise on Medano Bay.

Life Luxe Jazz will offer a complimentary health and wellness experience designed to refresh the mind, body and soul each day. There will be the morning pool party (water aerobics), morning meditations, and prayer on the beach, as well as a schedule of enlightening, thought-provoking seminars, lead by experts.
